Arga Studios does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the Site or its content, nor that it is kept up to date at all times. Arga Studios will, provided there are no causes that make it impossible or unduly difficult, and as soon as it becomes aware of the errors or disconnections, carry out the actions needed to correct the errors, restore communication and update the contents.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Arga Studios and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise.
